Agility is an emerging model of management, the strength of which lies in its capacity to help companies overcome crises and sustain/perpetuate their activity in a turbulent environment. 

As a professor, researcher and corporate consultant in management sciences, I have developed a rationale around the evolution of our society and its impact on the management of organizations. This rationale has given rise to the proposal of a managerial charter which you will find hereunder and which, I hope, will inspire you in your day-to-day operations.
